Seven layers of cotton gauze create the Ruya (means dream in Turkish) Cloud Pillow's signature soft, breathable feel. We garment-wash each piece so it's ready to use the day it arrives—no stiff newness, just immediate comfort. The lightweight poly fill provides plush support without excess weight, and yarn-dyed fibers maintain their rich color over time.

General Care Tips

• Wash new items before first use for a better experience.
• Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh detergents.
• Treat stains promptly by blotting, not rubbing.
• For tough stains, use mild stain remover or water/baking soda mix. Test it on a small spot first.

• Shake towels before drying to fluff them.
• Don’t wash with items that have zippers or buttons to avoid damage.
• Cut snagged loops instead of pulling them to prevent further damage.

How to Care for Your Turkish Towels, Throws and Blankets, Robes and Kimonos 

• Machine wash warm, gentle cycle, with mild liquid detergent.
• Wash similar colors together.
• New large throws: Wash separately for the first 2-3 washes to manage potential shedding.

Drying and Ironing

• Tumble dry on low heat to prevent shrinkage and maintain softness.
• Iron on low setting if necessary. Avoid high heat as it can weaken the fibers.

Turkish Towels vs. Terry Towels

• Turkish towels: Wash weekly or bi-weekly. Antibacterial and quick-drying.
• Terry towels: Wash every 3-4 uses.
• Both: Allow to dry completely between uses.

Handwoven Pillows

• Spot clean only. No machine washing or drying.

• Hand wash in cool water with gentle wool detergent.
• Lay flat to dry. Reshape while damp to maintain the original shape and size.
