U.S. Orders
Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

If 90 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

We also reserve the right to deny returns for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Return Shipping
• Returns may be shipped using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
• Return labels are not automatically provided and may not be available for all orders, products, or regions. If a discounted return label is offered, it will be provided at our discretion.
• When a discounted return label is used, a $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

Delivered Packages & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, we consider the order fulfilled.
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we are happy to assist customers in filing a carrier inquiry where applicable.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers. Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, transit times and delays are outside of our control. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will assist with carrier claims as appropriate.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the returned value.
If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Duties, Taxes & Fees

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Loomia’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
